Hexing Effigies are invulnerable entities that are created by rare monsters with the Cursing modifier (formerly the Archnemesis mod Hexer).
Hexing Effigies place 3 randomly selected Hex areas, chosen randomly from Temporal Chains, Enfeeble, Elemental Weakness, Punishment and Vulnerability.
Hexing Effigies can apply 5 additional Curses and have an innate 100% more Effect of Curses modifier. They also have overrides for curse effects found in the ConstantStatsValues data as follows in version 3.20.0 (with the 100% more Effect factored in):
