Dream Furnace was a quest item for the Twisted Dreams quest. It was used in the Scourge mechanic.

Mechanic

Upon giving the quest item to The Last to Die, the player's Blood Crucible would receive one additional slot for map.

Item acquisition

Dream Furnace is drop disabled.

It was dropped when the player first entered the nightmare realm (The Scourge realm) via map, which the quest item will be on the ground.
