Doryani's Institute is a level 3 incursion room. It upgrades from Department of Thaumaturgy, itself from Gemcutter's Workshop.

The room contains a device called Lapidary Lens that "double corrupts" a skill or a support gem. The room also contains Thaumaturgy Vessels.

The chance for a Lapidary Lens to increase a gem's level by 1, without losing quality, is 20.83%, compared to the 12.5% with a Vaal OrbVaal OrbStack Size: 20Corrupts an item, modifying it unpredictablyRight click this item then left click an item to corrupt it.
