It added a flat 10% chance to drop [[Awakened support gem]] in Sirus boss fight. Since [[version 3.17.0]], by default Sirus doe not drop any Awakened support gem.
It also grants the 4 Elderslayers 25% increased chance to drop their respective [[Elderslayer's Exalted Orb]]s. However, the default chance is not announced by the dev, only known by the players that the default chance is non-zero.
Finally the passive also grants map bosses to have 25% increased chance to drop maps influenced and occupied by the 4 Elderslayers. However, since those map are at least T14+, apparently the map bosses still need to be Red Map T13+ level, otherwise 25% increased chance have no effect to zero drop chance.
