Breath of Lightning is a notable passive skill that grants increased lightning damage. It also grants increased effect of lightning ailments (Shock and Sap).

Version	Changes
3.16.0	(Undocumented): Now grants 30% increased Lightning Damage (up from 20%) and 50% increased Effect of Lightning Ailments (up from 20%). No longer grants 20% increased Duration Lightning Ailments or 15% chance to Shock.
3.12.0	(Undocumented) Shock duration changed to lightning ailment duration, effect of shock changed to effect of lightning ailments.
3.11.0	(Undocumented) Now grants 15% chance to Shock (up from 10%) and 20% increased Effect of Shock (up from 15%).
3.0.0	Now grants 10% chance to Shock (up from 5%), 12% increased Lightning Damage (up from 10%) and 15% increased Shock Effect. The preceding skills have also changed: the first now grants 12% increased Lightning Damage (Up from 10%), and the rest now grant 8% increased Lightning Damage, and an additional bonus to either Shock Duration, Shock Effect or Chance to Shock.
