Arcane Surge grants 20% more Spell Damage to you [1]
Arcane Surge grants 20% more Spell Damage to you [1]
Arcane Blessing is a notable Ascendancy passive skill for the Hierophant. It applies level 1 Arcane Surge to the user when you or your totem hit an enemy with a spell. It also grants immunity to elemental ailments while under the effects of Arcane Surge.
