War Bringer is a notable Ascendancy passive skill for the Berserker. It grants a large increase to the duration and cooldown recovery speed of warcry skills, grants life and mana recovery whenever a warcry is used, grants a chance to deal double damage if you used a warcry in the past 8 seconds, and grants increased attack speed to you and nearby allies if you use a warcry recently.

3.8.0	Now grants you and nearby allies 20% increased attack speed if you've warcried recently (from 10%). Now grants 15% chance to deal double damage if you've warcried in the past 8 seconds. No longer causes you and nearby allies to deal increased damage if you've warcried recently.
