Rigwald's Crest could only drop from a level 60 or higher Rigwald, the Wolven King. Since Talismans are currently not in the game, the only way to get this item now is through specific divination cards. It is possible however, that talismans will return in the future, making the Rigwald-exclusive items more easily accessible.
