The first version of this passive provides 15% increased Warcry Cooldown Recovery Rate, Recover 10% of Life when you use a Warcry and 20% increased Damage for each time you've Warcried Recently

3.21.0	Added a second notable to the Natural Authority cluster, Escalation, which provides 10% increased Melee Damage for each second you've been affected by a Warcry Buff, up to a maximum of 60%.
