Bastion of Hope

Bastion of Hope is a notable Ascendancy passive skill for the Guardian that a large amount of block chance periodically and grants stun immunity to the player and nearby allies in a radius of 60 if you have blocked in the past 10 seconds. It also grants you and your allies block or spell block chance if you've used an attack or spell recently, respectively.

Added If you've Attacked Recently, you and nearby Allies have 10% chance to Block Attacks and If you've Cast a Spell Recently, you and nearby Allies have 10% chance to Block Spells.
2.3.0	Added 50% additional Block Chance for 1 second every 5 seconds.
2.2.2	The Guardian skill Bastion of Hope now has a radius of 60 (increased from 40). This radius is no longer affected by bonuses to the radius of skills.
