Acquisition
Just got it from a chest of Restless Rubble in Delve. Probably the (only) source of acquire it or just chance? Neokowloon (talk) 12:04, 6 March 2020 (UTC)

- Yeah it may be part of the league-specific unique that added to the core drop pool in 3.14 patch. However, still not sure it can be chanced or not, or rely on RNG from divination card. It would be expensive to test it despite Demon Stitcher is the only unique
