War Bringer is a notable Ascendancy passive skill for the Berserker. It grants a large increase to the duration and cooldown recovery speed of warcry skills, grants life and mana recovery whenever a warcry is used, and grants increased damage and attack speed to you and nearby allies if you use a warcry recently.
