Guardian is an Ascendancy passive skill for the Ascendant based on the Guardian Ascendancy Class.
This passive grants additional chance to block, removes curses and elemental status ailments from your character every 10 seconds, Conduit to nearby party members (but not to yourself), and increased attack and cast speed to you and nearby allies while affected by an auras you cast.
