Path of the Warrior is a notable passive skill that grants increased physical damage. It also grants additional strength and additional armour rating.

3.11.0	(Undocumented) No longer grants Enemies have -5% to Total Physical Damage Reduction against your Hits. Now grants +50 to Armour (up from +10) and 16% increased Physical Damage (up from 12%).
3.9.0	Added a new stat: -X% to Total Physical Damage Reduction from your Hits. This stat has been added to the following clusters: Ophidian Aim, Bladedancer, Splitting Strikes, Spinecruncher, Farsight, Claws of the Pride, Flaying, Master of Force, Adamant, Inexorable, Martial Experience, Kinetic Impacts and Path of the Warrior
