Arcane Will is a notable passive skill that grants increased maximum mana, increased mana recovery from flasks and additional flat mana regeneration. It also grants a percentage of maximum mana as extra maximum energy shield.

Location

Arcane Will shares a wheel with Arcane Focus in the Witch section of the tree between Deep Wisdom and an Intelligence node. The wheel contains two Mana and Mana Regeneration passives and one Energy Shield and Recovery, Mana Regeneration passive. Blast Radius is also close by.
