Shaper of Desolation

Shaper of Desolation is a notable Ascendancy passive skill for the Elementalist that grants a Conflux effect that cycles over a 14 second period, which causes all combined damage types to apply Ignite, Chill, and/or Shock on hit.

Shaper of Desolation first grants Chilling Conflux for 4 seconds, then Shocking Conflux for 4 seconds, then Igniting Conflux for 4 seconds, then all thee Confluxes for 2 seconds, then back to granting Chilling Conflux for 4 seconds, and so on.
