Harvest is a mechanics that introduced in Harvest league.
Harvest is is the act of planting and harvesting of seeds to collect its lifeforce. It was introduced in the Harvest league.

Seed Harvesting
Seed cache
In order to start harvesting, you need at least plant and fully grown 8 seeds (which take at least 3 grow cycles to grow). The lifeforce collector covers a 5 x 5 grid and the collector consume one space at the centre, thus at most player can plant and harvest 24 monsters from one harvest.
In the Harvest league, each zone will contain a seed cache. Interacting with the seed cache will make it drop Tier 1 seeds, advance one growth cycle, and open a portal to the Sacred Grove.

Once you have at least eight fully grown seeds around the collector, press the harvest button on top of the collector. The seeds you have grown will turn into dangerous monsters that you will have to kill immediately. Upon killing all of the monsters you will be rewarded with different one-time use crafting option (recipe) and loot, depending on the tier and monster level of the monsters and the type of monster planted. Each monster is credited to one use of specific recipe, thus you may have a few recipes and more than one use of some recipes if you harvest 24 monsters at the same time. Note that recipe cost fresh lifeforce from the monsters you recently slain .
If entered from a zone, the Sacred Grove will be part of the instance you entered from, which means map modifiers and such will apply within the Grove as well.

The remaining lifeforce can be condensed and stored as "fertilizer" for future use. Players can craft a dispenser to dispense condensed lifeforce, as T2 seeds and above requires condensed lifeforce to grow.
Entering the Sacred Grove from a different zone or from the waypoint will create a new instance of the Sacred Grove, so do not enter the Grove from anywhere other than how you first spawned it, or you will lose any unfinished harvests.

Its recommended to have a build with insane clear in order to make the monsters grown less of a hassle.
Growing your crops
Once you've acquired a seed, you can plant them in any free space within the Sacred Grove. Tier 1 seeds only need time to grow, but higher tier seeds need plants of one tier lower adjacent to them and require extra Lifeforce from a Disperser in order to grow.

Harvesting
Once you have at least 8 fully grown crops of the same color within range of a Collector, you can begin the harvest, spawning monsters from each crop. Once all monsters are killed, you can use then use the Collector to craft. Each crop gives Lifeforce and a random one-time use crafting option from its specified crafting pool. Monsters may also drop seeds of one tier higher when killed.

You must use your crafting options as soon as it is revealed, unless you have a Horticrafting Station to store crafting options for future use. Any unused lifeforce can be condensed and stored to be used to fertilize crops. Condensed Lifeforce cannot be used for future crafting. Collectors and Storage Tanks can store condensed Lifeforce up to a capacity. If you do not have enough storage space, the excess is lost.

You can craft on items in you Stash. You cannot transfer items between your inventory and stash from here, and if the item turns into a new items, you must collect it from there.

Heart of the Grove
Once you harvest a Tier 4 seed, the Heart of the Grove will start growing. It requires 100 cycles to grow, and must be done in maps of zone level 78 or higher. Once it finishes growing, you can fight Oshabi, Avatar of the Grove.

Equipment
Collector
Collectors are used to harvest fully grown plants of matching color within a 5x5 grid around itself. You must have at least 8 fully grown plants in order to start harvesting. It costs 25 Lifeforce to craft.

Each collector can also store up to 50 Lifeforce. You can use the auto-plant button to automatically plants seeds of the same color in your inventory around it.

Disperser
Dispersers use stored lifeforce to fertilize crops in a 5x5 grid around itself. It costs 30 Lifeforce to craft.

Storage Tank
Storage Tanks are used to store condensed lifeforce to be used for fertilizing crops. Each Storage Tank can hold up to 300 Lifeforce. It costs 75 Lifeforce to craft.

Horticrafting Station
Horticrafting Stations can store crafts from a harvest, allowing you to save crafting options for later. It costs 1800 Lifeforce to craft, which means you must harvest multiple higher tier crops at once in order to craft one.

Pylon
Pylons are used to connect equipment with each other. They have a range of approximately 4 tiles. You can have up to 4 connections for each pylon. If connected to any Collector or Storage Tank containing any amount of Lifeforce, all connected equipment much have matching colors. It costs 10 Lifeforce to craft.
