The Second Sacrament is a uniqueCandlestick RelicCandlestick RelicUnmodifiablePlace this item on the Relic Altar at the start of each Sanctum run.
Unique Relics can only be used in Forbidden Sanctum areas of level 80+.
Unique Relics are destroyed upon completing or failing a run.
Strategies
This Relic causes the fight to be a pseudo-Uber boss; ensure your character has the defences necessary for this boss as it ignores Resolve mechanics.
Prioritize Boons that increase your damage and reduce enemy damage. Avoid the increased attack/cast speed and knockback Afflictions if possible.
Item acquisition
The Second Sacrament has restrictions on where or how it can drop. It cannot be chanced.
Has a chance to drop from Lycia, Herald of the Scourge in a Sanctum of area level 81+.
