Gruthkul's Despair is a debuff applied by Gruthkul, Mother of Despair and Erebix, Light's Bane, its map variant. The debuff reduces light radius, increases all damage taken by 5%, and reduces action speed by 2%.[1] It stacks up to 9 times, once for each 10% life lost by the boss. It is continuously applied while inside the boss arena.
