Whispers of Doom originated as a keystone passive skill, but was changed into a notable passive skill in Version 1.2.0.

  • Whispers of Doom's cluster now has a much larger selection of small Passives Skills leading to this Notable, which provide:
    • 5% increased Effect of your Curses.
    • Curse Skills have 10% increased Cast Speed.
    • 15% increased Area of Effect of Hex Skills.
    • 10% increased Mana Reservation Efficiency of Curse Aura Skills.
    • 15% increased Curse Duration.

  • The Whispers of Doom cluster has moved next to Chaos Inoculation. The first passive in the cluster now grants 10% increased Cast Speed for Curses (from 15% increased Curse Duration). The small passive on the left path now grants 50% increased Doom gain rate (from 15% increased Cast Speed for Curses).
