People has claimed that SO can be found in Syndicate Hideout (Intervention) (Intervention Safehouse), however, poedb say otherwise. Not sure is the poedb datamine has something wrong or people wrongly reported Intervention safehouse spawns the monster. Also , people also reported that Intervention in map also spawns this monster.
If people has citation or video, then the aforementioned locations can be added to the wiki article. However, if without one, i don't add speculation to wiki article. Neokowloon (talk) 14:27, 3 February 2021 (UTC)
