There are now three passive skills that provide Recoup for life: Life Recoup (x2) and Infused Flesh. These should be mentioned in Sources of Recoup.
Life Recoup is "6% of Damage taken Recouped as Life"
Infused Flesh is "18% of Damage taken Recouped as Life"

The Aylardex doesn't have any recoup.
This mod is likey the problem 1% of Damage is taken from Mana before Life per Power Charge.

is 3.12 too early? the old wiki stop import like in 3.13 or 3.14 so that if "recoup" was introduced in 3.12 then it should be there . Neokowloon (talk) 04:05, 25 June 2023 (UTC)
