Requirement for getting the Shadowstitch?

Is there an ilvl or charlvl requirement for getting the Shadowstitch? I bought an uncorrupted Sacrificial Garb, Scoured it so it was normal, and used it on the Locus of Corruption. According to this page, that should result in a Shadowstitch. Instead i got a rare, corrupt Sacrificial Garb. With 1 blue socket. Atzoatl level is quite low, Monster Level 68.

In any case, a note should be added that it does not always produce the desired unique. SamAlchemist (talk) 22:21, 21 July 2023 (UTC)

The article clearly states that only 1 of 4 possible outcomes will transform Sacrificial Garb into Shadowstitch. If Sacrificial Garb becomes a rare, it means you got one of the other outcomes. —Vini (t|c) 23:51, 21 July 2023 (UTC)
