Blightspawn is an atlas passive skill. It enables the Oil ExtractorOil ExtractorStack Size: 10Destroys an Anointed Item to recover one of the Oils that was used to apply that AnointmentRight click this item then left click an Anointed item to destroy it. to drop from Blight chest from your map.
