Vorana, Last to Fall is a boss that can only appear inside Expedition Logbook areas with zone level 68+ marked with Black Scythe Mercenaries.

Arena

The Black Reaping: creates a swirling dark fog around Vorana's spawn point that inflicts stacking debuffs that do damage over time.
Orbiting Stars: orbs will rotate around the arena periodically firing projectiles at player location. Running through the Orbiting Stars will cause it to fall after a quick delay and explode, doing AOE damage.
Cyclone: Attacks continuously around her while lunging in a direction. Voiceline: "Death Wind!"
Lacerate: slashes with both scythes in an semi-circle cross pattern in front of her. Voiceline: "I shall cut you down!"
Dash Slash: Dashes quickly and slashes
Ambush: hides in the mist and cannot be damaged. Visible on the minimap; there is also a faint indicator of moving wind towards the center of the arena that indicates where she will appear from.
