• While room types, rewards, and afflictions are unknown, rooms that have an affliction will still be outlined in purple.

Strategies

• Prioritize using Gain # Inspiration when you receive an Affliction relics to have a big buffer for unlucky/dangerous Afflictions.

The Broken Censer has restrictions on where or how it can drop. It cannot be chanced. Has a chance to drop from Lycia, Herald of the Scourge in a Sanctum of area level 71+.
