Secondary duration

What does that secondary duration mean?
Without increasing the duration (with consumed Frenzys or support gem), I have 1.8 seconds to start an action, for example an attack with HeavyStrike; then I would have (from the start of this first action) 0.2 seconds to do a second action, for example repeating the same HeavyStrike?

The problem is that my HeavyStrike (or ViperStrike or anything) skill, most probably, has longer attack time than 0.2 seconds.
So I am unable to carry out 2 actions. There is time only for 1 action.
So, the secondary duration is as if it were not at all?

the second refer to the second buff. Performing any skill replaces this buff with one that boosts melee physical damage of skills you use yourself Neokowloon (talk) 05:40, 18 May 2021 (UTC)
