I wonder the system is the same as old wild master spawn mechanic: "The way this system works is that if you are running a map where you have not force-spawned a master through an Atlas mission, then you'll have a 10% chance to spawn a master naturally. The system will roll for a chance of whether or not there is a master and then roll again for which of the five masters you would get. Crafting

The whole section is outdated. Most meta-craft recipe is not tied to master anymore (tie to Pale Council prophecies change). And only a few coloring and socket recipe are in Delve. Jun has quite a lot of mod as veil mod. While Enhiar , Zana did not have any recipe at all. Alva have some recipe in the Temple. Neokowloon (talk) 13:46, 29 March 2020 (UTC)

Chance to spawn in the wild

So Zana is removed and Kirac cannot spawn inside map, is the chance to spawn any master is unchanged , but chance to spawn specific master is increased ? (as 5 masters decreased to 4), or just stealth nerfed?

The last confirmed spawn chance was this thread https://www.pathofexile.com/forum/view-thread/2834378/filter-account-type/staff, which actually already considered a stealth nerf by community, as the actual 10% chance for any master (ie. 2% for specific master) , is not as promised only half the chance (citation of manifesto still finding) i.e. 40% /2 = 20% to make way for more chance gained from completing the map
