Does the 10% life regen stack? could be big healing for hit yourself a lot build.

i think it can stack with other regen but at the same time i am afraid it also limited by max recovery rate. But i need to change something in my RF character to test it Neokowloon (talk) 10:33, 17 June 2021 (UTC)
