:Well, seems i have to test does pre-2.0 behave differently in term of increased flask effect, as the old flask use a stat id "old_do_not_use_local_unique_flask_life_leech_from_chaos_damage_permyriad_while_healing" so that i doubt it is a fixed 2% or not.
