Shaper of Storms is a notable Ascendancy passive skill for the Elementalist. It causes your hits to always inflict shock and causes all damage types to scale shock effect. It also grants more shock effect if the element the hit dealt the most damage of is lightning damage and sets the minimum shock effect to 15%.
