Damage over Time is -20% while you are Stationary [1]
Ramako, Sun's Light is a notable Ascendancy passive skill for the Chieftain. It sets nearby enemies' fire resistance against fire damage over time to -20% while you are stationary.
Similar to Inevitable Judgement, it overrides all other modifiers to enemy fire resistance.
