Quartz Infusion is a notable Ascendancy passive skill for the Raider that grants causes you to have Phasing, and grants chance to dodge spell and attack hits

Phasing's visual effects and buff icon will not show while at maximum frenzy charges but phasing will anyway be active^{[citation needed]}.

Version	Changes
3.16.0	No longer grants 15% chance to Dodge Attack Hits, or 15% chance to Dodge Spell Hits. Instead, it now grants +40% chance to Suppress Spell Damage.
3.13.0	No longer causes you to gain Phasing for 4 seconds on Kill, Phasing while at maximum Frenzy Charges, or Phasing during Onslaught. No longer grants 40% increased Elemental Damage. Now causes you to have Phasing, and grants 15% chance to Dodge Spell Hits and 15% chance to Dodge Attack Hits (from 10%).
3.8.0	Now grants 10% chance to dodge Attack Hits (from 6%), and 40% increased Elemental Damage.
2.5.0	Quartz Infusion now has a 100% chance to gain Phasing on kill.
2.3.0	Added You have Phasing while at maximum Frenzy Charges Added You have Phasing while you have Onslaught
