Quartz Infusion

Quartz Infusion is a notable Ascendancy passive skill for the Raider that grants causes you to have Phasing, and grants chance to dodge spell and attack hits

Phasing's visual effects and buff icon will not show while at maximum frenzy charges but phasing will anyway be active^{[citation needed]}.

Now causes you to have Phasing, and grants 15% chance to Dodge Spell Hits and 15% chance to Dodge Attack Hits (from 10%).
