The seed spawns the boss Janaar, the Omen.

Recipes

During the Harvest league, the revealed recipe was ONE of the following:

• Remove a non-Influence modifier from an item and add a new Influence modifier.
• Augment an item with a new Influence modifier.
• Remove a random Influence modifier from an item.
• Remove a random Influence modifier from an item and add a new Influence modifier.
• Reforge a Rare item with new random modifiers, including an Influence modifier. Influence modifiers are more common.
• Augment an item with a new Influence modifier with Lucky values.

However, it has not been confirmed since 3.13 if the recipes are the same or not.

Item acquisition

Primal Blisterfruit is drop disabled.

The seed no longer drops, but is pre-planted in The Sacred Grove by random.
