Itemized seed no longer exist in Path of Exile. This article describes Harvest content as it was during Harvest league. Version 3.13.0 added Harvest to the core game in a greatly simplified form that does not include any of the garden building mechanics.

Primal Blisterfruit is a T4 Harvest Seed.

The seed spawns the boss Janaar, the Omen.

Recipes

During the Harvest league, the revealed recipe was ONE of the following:[1] (It is not valid for the current version of the game)

  • Remove a non-Influence modifier from an item and add a new Influence modifier.
  • Augment an item with a new Influence modifier.
  • Remove a random Influence modifier from an item.
  • Remove a random Influence modifier from an item and add a new Influence modifier.
  • Reforge a Rare item with new random modifiers, including an Influence modifier. Influence modifiers are more common.
  • Augment an item with a new Influence modifier with Lucky values.

Item acquisition

Primal Blisterfruit is drop disabled.

The itemized seed no longer drops and it is removed from the game code. However, its monster Janaar, the Omen is pre-planted in The Sacred Grove by random since version 3.13.0.

  • Harvest has been added to the core game and has been vastly reworked. It no longer contains a garden-building component, nor a permanent garden of your own. Instead, you now have a chance to discover a portal to an established Sacred Grove in maps, which contains several different harvestable plots.

  • Harvest characters will soon be migrated to their respective parent leagues. The Sacred Grove and its contents have been removed. Harvest Infrastructure and Seeds outside of The Sacred Grove will be removed at a later date.
