Modifiers
The added physical damage per endurance charge is a global modifier, and stacks with a second nebuloch, although it won't scale with the weapon's quality since that is local to the weapon's physical damage.[1]
The weapon has a hidden modifier that causes endurance charges to look like fireflies.
Drop restrictions
Nebuloch can only drop from the Elder in Tier 6 maps or higher. It cannot be chancedOrb of ChanceStack Size: 20Upgrades a normal item to a random rarityRight click this item then left click a normal item to apply it.. It will always drop as an Elder item.
