The Nameless Seer is a NPC who will always offer one free unique item from a selection. His selection of unique items are biased towards rarer items.

The following can spawn the Nameless Seer:

• In maps affected by Reliquary Scarabs of VisionReliquary Scarab of VisionStack Size: 20Area contains The Nameless SeerHe foresees great wealth in your future.Can be used in a personal Map Device to add modifiers to a Map.
• Killing a monster pack modified by the Lantern of Arimor with the "Final Pack spawns the Nameless Seer on Death" mod in the Necropolis league
• (Legacy) Appears randomly in the Viridian Wildwood in the Affliction league; he will take all your currently stored wisps as well
