Mirrored is a special modifier that spawns on items from strongboxes with the 'of Kalandra' suffix, or when the player uses a Mirror of KalandraMirror of KalandraStack Size: 10Creates a mirrored copy of an itemRight click this item then left click an equipable non-unique item to apply it. Items with this modifier cannot be altered in any way, except through the use of certain currencies that explicitly affect mirrored items.

A mirrored item will always have identical stats and modifiers to its regular counterpart and is identical except for the 2D art, which is flipped horizontally.

It is implied that Unique items obtained by players are actually Mirrored versions of their original items, and may be why it is the opposite of NPC-owned items and Unique items cannot be mirrored.
