Meticulous Appraiser is an Atlas passive skill and Atlas keystone. It applies item quantity modifiers to item rarity instead, resulting in a lower item drop rate, though with a higher chance of items becoming magic, rare or unique.

Mechanics

Meticulous Appraiser causes modifiers to area item quantity to instead apply to Item Rarity at 300% of their value. This applies to sources of area quantity that apply on opening the map, such as map item quality, map modifiers, fragments, and map device crafts. The keystone does not interact with quantity or rarity added to the area at a later stage, for example with Eldritch Altars encountered inside the map.

Location

As of version 3.22.0, it is located near the top of the Atlas passive skill tree.
