Heart of Darkness is a notable passive skill that grants increased Chaos Damage, Chaos Resistance Penetration.

Location

As of version 3.16.0, the passive skill cluster is located at the top of the tree, aka Witch area. The cluster shares the same connection small passive node with Doomsday keystone and Death Attunement, Prism Weave clusters. Its modifier effects are residual from what Corruption used to be, since it now only increases the effects of Withered. Heart of Darkness has been silently added to the game, without any note in the patch notes.
