Gifts of the Red Queen is a unique Vaal Reliquary Strongbox. It can be added to a map through a specific sextant mod.

The boss of this strongbox is Mahuatzl, Artisan of Desire. The skill set of that monster is similar to Ixtolatl, Artisan of Sacrifice, the boss of another unique strongbox, Gifts of the Sacrificed.[1][2]

This strongbox can drop Vaal themed items including Vaal Orbs, Remnant of Corruptions, double corrupted items, Incursion-mod rare items and legacy Bloodstained Fossil mod (Non-Aura Vaal Skills require #% reduced Souls Per Use) magic weapons.
