Explosives Expert is a notable Ascendancy passive skill for the Saboteur. It grants the player increased area of effect and damage reduction against area of effect hits. It also grants you increased critical strike multiplier against ignited enemies, increased critical strike chance against shocked enemies, and elemental penetration against chilled enemies.

Now grants 30% increased area of effect (from 20%), 8% reduced area damage taken from hits, +30% to critical strike multiplier against burning enemies, 80% increased critical strike chance against shocked enemies, and causes damage against chilled enemies to penetrate 10% of elemental resistances.
