Arcane Vision is a notable passive skill that grants additional base accuracy rating. It also causes light radius reduction to be based on energy shield rather than life.
Interactions
If you reserve 65% or more of your life (such as with Auras linked to a Blood Magic Support) effects that trigger on Low life, most notably Pain Attunement, will be active.
