Arcane Vision is a notable passive skill that causes light radius reduction to be based on energy shield rather than life. It also grants additional base accuracy rating.

Interactions

If you reserve 50% or more of your life (such as with Auras linked to a Blood Magic Support) effects that trigger on Low life, most notably Pain Attunement, will be active. However, your Light radius will be dramatically reduced. Arcane Vision counteracts this downside.

Location

Arcane Vision is located in the Shadow section, and shares an Intelligence node connection with the Pain Attunement keystone, and the Aqueous Accelerant, Melding, and Nimbleness clusters.

Blight anointment to unlock the passive:
