Essence Infusion is a notable passive skill that grants increased energy shield recharge rate and faster start of energy shield recharge.

Location

As of 3.17, it is located on the top of the passive skill tree, near to the Mind Over Matter or Elemental Overload keystone passives. (2 to 3 nodes away from the cluster) The Essence Infusion passive skill cluster also contains a Energy Shield Mastery.
