	Final Repeat of Spells has 30% increased Area of Effect 25% more Spell Damage if you've been Stunned while Casting Recently 6% increased Cast Speed for each different Non-Instant Spell you've Cast Recently Spells which can gain Intensity have +1 to maximum Intensity Skills supported by Unleash have +1 to maximum number of Seals 25% chance to open nearby Chests when you Cast a Spell

Bonuses from the Caster Mastery can be allocated for one passive point after allocating a notable passive skill within an applicable cluster.
