Blood in the Eyes

Blood in the Eyes is a notable Ascendancy passive skill for the Gladiator. It grants additional chance to apply bleeding on hit with attacks, reduces the damage taken from bleeding enemies, while increasing the player's damage against them. It also grants a chance to maim bleeding enemies on hit.
