Back to Basics is an Atlas passive skill and Atlas keystone.

Mechanics

This keystone multiplies all modifier effects on your maps (including implicit modifiers), but disables Extra Content and Shaper, Elder, Conqueror, or Eldritch influence from appearing in your maps.

It also prevents any mechanics that would otherwise force Extra Content to appear, such as scarabs, from being used/consumed.[1]
