Strange Barrel is a unique Strongbox.
This strongbox spawn by waves (a stream) of enemies (only Spider type) to defend the chest. At the very end waves, it spawns rare monsters and an unique monster named Dav'nalleous.
The chest may contains one poison themed Unique item from a limited loot table.
